Corona-pandemic

Dear guests,

the corona pandemic is certainly subsiding in Germany - and with it, unfortunately, many people are loosing their awareness of the associated risk of Covid-19 disease. However, we are convinced that it will come back in one form or another in a few weeks or months, especially since not everyone in Germany understands the benefits of preventive vaccination.
In addition, we have guests from all over the world - from Europe to the USA, from South America to the Arab states.

We therefore are trying to maintain our Corona precautions.

The corona pandemic has a significant impact on accommodation and the interaction between guests and landlords.

The focus is on avoiding transmission and infection with the corona virus, which can lead to the severe lung disease Covid-19.
None of you, dear guests, knows if he already carries the corona virus and is therefore a potential distributor.
In addition to the usual intensive cleaning, we have introduced various additional measures to prevent infection as far as possible.

So we have to avoid that the virus is brought into the house from the outside by smear infections.
That is why you can disinfect your hands right behind the front door. If you drive in via the garage, you will also find a washbasin for thorough hand cleaning and another disinfection option.

We disinfect light switches, door handles and railings in public areas as often as possible.

In the bedrooms - for us the most sensitive parts of the apartments - all bed pads are completely replaced and washed after every check out.
Disinfection, especially of frequently used parts of the facility, is self-evident.

It is advised from various sides not to enter the apartments for several hours or even days after moving out. No one knows how long the virus will live. We therefore always try to leave the apartments empty for one night if possible.

However, all of our efforts will only be successful if you, dear guests, do your part, behave responsibly and are considerate of other tenants. So here is our Corona Code of Conduct, which you should definitely follow.

RULES OF CONDUCT DURING YOUR STAY

These rules are a basic requirement for operating or occupying our apartments.

The rules of conduct serve to protect you, us and the other guests from being infected
by Covid-19 and are a supplementary part of our terms and conditions.
In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the existing tenancy without notice (GTC §8).

Always have your mouth-nose-protection ready, especially for check-in.

You rented an apartment from us in which you should feel at home.
Your apartment starts behind your apartment door.
All areas in front such as hallway, staircase, garage and utility room are
a "public area" that is also used by the other guests.
Particular caution is required here!

Each time you enter the house, you ALWAYS have to disinfect your hands in the
entrance area or wash and disinfect them in the garage.

Public area (hallway, staircase, garage, utility room):

Keep a minimum distance of 1.50m from other guests
 and wear your
mouth-nose-protection.

Touch as few objects as possible please to avoid smear infection.
 (Door handles, light switches, railings)

In the apartment:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap on a regular basis.

Ventilate your apartment well several times during the day.

Do not wash your dishes by hand, but use the dishwasher.
Always place the washing-up brush into the machine.

Always wash your hands before clearing the machine and putting the dishes into
the cupboard.
Dispose your used handkerchiefs, masks, gloves etc. in a closed
plastic bag in the residual waste bin.
--------------
If you experience Covid-19-specific symptoms during or after your stay in our home,
we have to be informed of this immediately by phone or email!
Please help to protect the other guests.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
